Friendly store owner with a well-curated collection of model kits. You can tell from the range available that the owner is a hobbyist himself.

Very poor customer management skills. We joined a queue for a group of six and waited a good 20 minutes for a table. When our table was ready, as we were about to enter the restaurant, a woman plopped herself down at the table and refused to move. Staff didn't seem able to do anything about it, nor did they offer an explanation when we asked what was happening and why our table had been taken. I hope the branch manager will be able to educate staff better on customer management for future incidents. This was our first time here, and very likely our last.

The blind box products are very few compared to other Sparkle items. Understaffed, too. No one at the cashier.

Bought a wireless BT mouse for 14.90. The quality is so bad and hard to roll. You think you will get something decent for this price, but absolutely not.

Here's the edited review: "I visited the school for consultations today. Teachers and staff are professional and friendly. My kids liked the place and the teachers and wanted to study here.👍 …"

Both lor mee and laksa are good. The laksa has 2-3 prawns; they appear to be frozen but taste good. It also includes fishcakes and tau pok. However, there are no cockles. I will order again. Prices are $7 each. The coffee is nice too.

Pretty disappointing, especially after a long wait (they were slated to open in September but only opened in December). Eggs were actually cold, which is pretty unforgivable. Even though they were quite generous with the butter, the kaya layer is very thin, which makes for an undesirable ratio. Went a second time, and it was the same. Quite unfortunate, as I quite liked them when I tried their Bukit Timah outlet. I guess it's shrinkflation? It's hard to compete with other chains like this, in my opinion. The redeeming quality is their coffee and tea. But honestly, I would rather go to Koufu for their toast.
