I ordered my food through Grab at noon today and kept my cake in the fridge to have it for supper. But to my horror, the box you used to store my cake was dirty… there were these greyish particles which I don't know what they are. Please check your boxes and cups.

Don't ever eat the waffle set! The egg tastes like instant powdered egg. The sausage has no taste. The waffle is extremely dry. I'm extremely disappointed they cheaped out on this.

I visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) at Tengah for the first time and took advantage of their 1-for-1 Ice Blended Drinks promotion. I ordered a Green Tea Ice Blended, while my partner had the Dark Chocolate Ice Blended. The drinks were refreshing and well-balanced in flavor. The café had a cosy and inviting atmosphere, with warm lighting and comfortable seating, making it a perfect spot to relax. The ambience was pleasant, with a quiet yet lively vibe, ideal for unwinding or having a casual chat. It was an enjoyable experience, and I would definitely visit again with my family next time. 😊💪

Buy this plastic bottle from here; the quality is damn poor. On its first use, after filling it with hot water, the bottle was damaged and became very, very dangerous. We went to the shop to exchange it, but the staff was impatient and said they couldn't exchange or refund it. And we advised him to report this to his boss or a relevant company person because this is very dangerous if it happens to other customers. He just told us, "Nope," and that he wouldn't report it to any people. We were so surprised.

Bought a ladder here for $63.90, but it turned out to be shaky. I went back to the shop on the same day with the defective product to ask for an exchange (per their 7-day exchange, no refund policy), but the shop gave various excuses, e.g., the floor was not even, the material was aluminium, etc. The staff even complained that they wouldn't be able to sell it once the packaging was open (why would they still want to sell a defective and dangerous product?). Eventually, they reluctantly agreed to an exchange, but with a bad attitude. And it turned out that indeed the item was defective, as the exchanged item worked well. I will avoid buying anything here from now on, as the shop is obviously not keen to provide post-sales service.
