The pizza today is extremely perfect! It makes me fukatsu!+++ Thanks for the very nicely cooked pizza!!! No picture, as the pizza is just too yummy and my hands are busy eating. 🤤

Ordered through the Pizza Hut app for 7 PM delivery. It's already 8:30 PM, and the food still hasn't been delivered. I tried to call the hotline, and after 40+ tries, I was able to get through. The agent told me that the store would call me to update me on the status of my order. I've been waiting for 30 minutes, and still no call from the store. I cannot even cancel my order. So disappointing. NB: The food came past 9 PM. The driver was apologetic and said that the store was swamped with orders; that's why there were a lot of late deliveries. If that's the case, the store shouldn't have accepted any more orders. Moreover, on the receipt, it was indicated that the store was to call me for an update. But I didn't receive any call.

Service is good, and the staff are very friendly. I always buy pizza from there since it opened. Highly recommend.

Hurry! This is your last chance to try out Pizza Hut's new Rendang-Licious Pizza, which is 59% off at only SGD 13.90 until the promo ends on March 5. The pizza is fantastic with large chunks of chicken, gooey cheese, and rendang flavors bursting with every bite. Pizza Hut's newest outlet at Plantation Plaza in Tengah has now officially opened to the public. It faces the green square, which features a huge playground and is surrounded by many shaded walkways and linkways connecting to nearby residential HDB BTOs. The store is quite small with a few in-house seating options. However, it is linked to KFC Tengah next door. To get here, once you arrive at the main Plantation Plaza lobby, head over to McDonald's and continue past it until you see a connecting walkway to the outlet.

Here's the lightly edited review: Fast service. Ordered a Grab takeaway. Scheduled 45 minutes for collection, but it was ready even before 30 minutes. Food is nicely cooked. The Grab set for 3-4 pax included: 1 regular pizza, 1 personal pan size pizza, garlic bread, 4 honey wings, 10 sweet and spicy drumlets, and 1.5 litres of Coke, all for $59.90.

Dine-in is available. Not many people. If staff are busy, use the QR code to order. If QR code ordering doesn't work a few times, refresh and reorder. There are a lot of orders, but the waiting time is around 10 minutes. Two staff members are making the orders.

I placed my first order at a new branch, and the tracking information suddenly disappeared. With no contact number for the new branch, I called the old number, 62353535, which I hadn’t used in 30 years. Amazingly, someone answered and forwarded my concern to the new branch. Shortly after, the system updated, showing that the delivery was on its way. However, once I started eating, I realized an item was missing. I gave feedback, and they responded by sending a new delivery along with a few complimentary items. It was a nice first-time experience, especially after Domino’s had failed to deliver several times in the past.

Enjoyed the lunch dishes. We ordered Brussels sprouts, a breakfast platter, and a meaty Mac and cheese for 2 adults and 1 child. The platter was very generous. The meaty Mac and cheese is a tomato-based spin-off of the usual Mac and cheese, which is a nice touch. The Brussels sprouts were very tasty with the toppings and the ponzu sauce. The cheesecake was light but not quite my personal preference. The Nutella milkshake had a nice balance. The place is quite nicely decorated but a bit squeezy and has limited capacity. I would advise going earlier before lunchtime if you don't want to wait. :)

Had brunch here with friends and ordered: Big Breakfast Platter, F&C, Mushroom Aglio Olio, and tater tots. Portions are generous and food is tasty. French Vanilla Latte was a little too sweet to our liking, but still good coffee. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly. Will be back!

It’s generally a pleasant visit with all right food. It does take a while as there’s only one chef, but the dishes are prepared carefully. The Fish & Chips tasted okay with a generous portion of fries, but the oil they used tasted “re-used.” The Ribeye steak tasted well-done (quite hard), even though we asked for medium-well. I appreciate that they allowed me to change fries to mash, but the mash was a small portion. Prices are similar to usual cafes.
