The bread and cakes are always fresh and delicious. Staff are friendly, and on one occasion when I bought a lot of pastries from the bakery, a Malay staff member (a supervisor, I think) checked my receipt and gave me a free pastry. Thank you for the good customer service! 👍

A customer buys your item, but there's no word of 'Thank You'. There's no queue, and it's not busy. Please train your staff. Not forgetting, the waffle was so thick, while the filling was so little.

Having hot/warm waffles is the best soothing food during cold weather. They also have a wide range of buns, both sweet and savoury. Staff are friendly too.

First time trying here. Brown Sugar Boba Milk is very good. Pickup is a bit confusing as there are 2 different numbers displayed.

The waiting time was ridiculous; I waited almost 30 minutes for a drink. My drink was ready for a good 10 minutes, but the staff refused to serve it, instead focusing on making new orders. My bubble tea was already going stale before I could even collect it.

Two female staff working there forgot my order and did not even apologise. They only realised they had missed my order when one of them looked in my direction and nodded upwards, seemingly asking me what number I was, to which I said my number aloud. I waited fourteen minutes for two of my drinks, whereas a lady who came after me got her drink in less than two minutes. Ridiculous.
