The waiting time was ridiculous; I waited almost 30 minutes for a drink. My drink was ready for a good 10 minutes, but the staff refused to serve it, instead focusing on making new orders. My bubble tea was already going stale before I could even collect it.

Two female staff working there forgot my order and did not even apologise. They only realised they had missed my order when one of them looked in my direction and nodded upwards, seemingly asking me what number I was, to which I said my number aloud. I waited fourteen minutes for two of my drinks, whereas a lady who came after me got her drink in less than two minutes. Ridiculous.

Very good customer service!!! I ordered a drink online to collect at 6 PM today, but I got busy with work and could only collect it after work at 9 PM. Instead of throwing the drink away after a few hours of it not being collected, the staff placed it in the fridge, and I was able to collect it after work!!! Thank you, mannnn! 10/10
