The much-anticipated 2025 H.C. Andersen Art Awards is officially open, inviting young, budding artists to embark on a creative journey. This year, the awards embrace the heartwarming theme of "FRIENDSHIP," encouraging children to explore and express the profound bonds of companionship through their unique artistic vision.
This is a wonderful opportunity for children to translate their understanding of togetherness, empathy, and shared experiences into vibrant colours, compelling stories, and heartfelt emotions. We believe art is a powerful language, and through this competition, children can truly let their art speak the language of friendship.
Participation Details and Important Dates
The awards are open to children aged 4 to 12 years. Participants are encouraged to let their imaginations soar and bring their interpretations of friendship to life on canvas or paper.
A submission fee of $65 covers the entry, professional photo documentation of the artwork, and handling. Please ensure all submissions are completed by the deadline of November 15, 2025.
