Quadtengah is selling two Sunday morning walks out of Plantation Plaza this year. The Tengah Town Tour Series, From the Past to Present, South Version, is booked for 29 November and 27 December 2026. Both start at 10:00am. Both run to about 11:30am. The listing asks you to be at the mall from 9:30am. Eventbrite prices start at S$3.19. There are no refunds.
The pin is 127 Plantation Crescent, Singapore 690127. The FAQ is more useful than the map. You meet at the wooden huts near The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. The guide wears a bandana on his forehead. Giant's travellator and Koufu on Level 3 are the wrong wait. Coffee Bean is the landmark, not a cafe stop. Buy the drink after you finish walking.
This walk is for Plantation, Garden, and Park residents who still get asked why west Singapore looks half finished. It is a Quadtengah estate loop. It is not the NParks Saturday at Jurong Lake Gardens, and it is not the biodiversity walk that starts at Parc Point.
What the 90 minutes actually cover
Eventbrite lists about 1.5 hours and about two kilometres, in person, all ages. The same FAQ says the talk is generally for age 18 and above. Kids can come. The stories are aimed at adults.
Quadtengah's public copy is thin on the stop list. It promises past, present, and future of Tengah Town, the land before HDB, and the community already living here. From this mall that means the Plantation District you can walk without a bus. Plantation Plaza. The retail street toward McDonald's. The Farmway playgrounds in front of the building. The link toward Tengah Community Club at 119 Plantation Crescent. The rain plan names Plantation Village and Plantation Grove if the weather turns ugly, so the shortened loop stays in the south blocks around the plaza.
The building opened 28 June 2024 as Tengah's first neighbourhood centre. Five floors. About 75 shops. Giant on B1 runs 08:00 to 22:00. Koufu on L3 opens from 07:30. Mall hours are 10:00 to 22:00, later than the tour. You will be on the concourse before most shops unlock. That is normal for a 9:30am meetup. Doors on the plaza side are already used by Giant shoppers.
Rain, dogs, and the 27 December date
Pets are allowed if they do not bother the group or the guide. Bring water for the dog. Pick up waste. The two kilometres sit on estate paths, not a fenced run. Bukit Gombak Park's dog run stays closed for maintenance until 15 November 2026, so it is a bad same-morning add-on even on the November date.
Rain does not cancel the walk. Quadtengah says most of it can stay under shelter. Bring an umbrella for the stretches between blocks. If the weather is judged unsafe, the tour shortens and stays around the shelter of Plantation Village and Plantation Grove. You are not getting a covered mall atrium show. You are getting a neighbourhood walk that can duck under HDB void decks.
After 11:30am, Koufu on Level 3 is the practical lunch. Escalators drop you at the glass front. Giant in the basement is open if you came for groceries as well as the walk. Tengah CC is next door across the link bridge. The counter runs 10:00 to 18:00. onePA has not posted a November 2026 dated hall programme that belongs in this article. The club is not the meetup.
As of 16 October 2026, Plantation Plaza's official Facebook has not named a 2026 Christmas atrium carnival. Last year's Carnival of Christmas Cheer ran 6 and 7 December 2025. The 27 December Sunday walk is the dated December booking that is actually on sale. Those are different things.
Nearest bus stop is 40389, Plantation Cres, Tengah CC. The interim Tengah Bus Interchange sits on Tengah Boulevard. Jurong Region Line stations are still around mid-2028. Come on 871 or 870 if you are coming from Bukit Batok or Jurong East. Parking in the mall basement is the usual HDB NC mix. The walk itself leaves on foot from the huts.

下雨照走，多数路段有遮雨。跨街区请带伞。若天气不安全，行程会缩短，改在 Plantation Village 和 Plantation Grove 一带的有盖走道。这是田园区步行，不是裕廊湖花园的国家公园导览，也不是园景坊出发的生态线。
Plantation Plaza 圣诞：截至2026年10月16日，商场官方 Facebook 没有公布2026年圣诞中庭嘉年华。去年 Carnival of Christmas Cheer 是2025年12月6日和7日。目前能买票的年末活动是12月27日这场南线导览。旧档不是今年圣诞。
Tengah CC，登加民众俱乐部，119 Plantation Crescent，就在连廊对面，柜台10时至18时。onePA 目前没有可核对的2026年11月专场。导览不在民众俱乐部门口集合。走完可到三楼口福吃饭，或下 B1 巨人超市。巴士站 40389，Plantation Cres, Tengah CC。
