The shop packs them in gift boxes with a carrier bag. You can mix and match rather than taking a fixed four-piece set.
The online menu is useful as a price check before you walk downstairs. Less-sugar White Lotus starts from $13.70. Pure Lotus starts from $13.20. A Four Jewels four-piece box is listed at $36.48, marked down from $60.80. A Winnie the Pooh two-piece gift set with tumbler is $46.80. In-store prices can differ, and boxed sets sell out closer to the 25th, so treat those figures as a guide, not a till guarantee.
This outlet is not a mooncake-only kiosk. It is a full Fragrance shop: sliced bak kwa, floss, sausages, frozen dishes, and snacks. If you are buying a box for relatives and a bag of bak kwa for the house, one queue covers both. That is the reason to use Plantation Plaza instead of ordering two separate deliveries.

The basement retail row is compact. Ottie Pancakes, Yakitori OK!, and the other B1 food shops sit on the same level. Koufu is upstairs on Level 3 if you want lunch after you buy the box. Do not count on a long tasting counter. This is a takeaway shop. Ask for the current flavour list at the glass display and check the use-by date on the box before you leave.
Online orders from Fragrance get free next-day delivery from $68, with a $10 fee below that. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, for orders placed before 3pm. Sentosa and Tuas add a $12 surcharge. For a Tengah household, walking to B1-11 is faster than a $10 delivery fee on a single box. Use delivery when you are sending a hamper out of the estate.
Timing the buy before 25 September
Traditional lotus-and-yolk boxes move first in the last week. Durian and nuts sit longer. If you need a corporate or family set, buy in the week of 15 September rather than the afternoon of the 25th. Fragrance said stocks are limited. The shop can sell out of a flavour even when the website still shows it.
Mid-Autumn is not a public holiday in Singapore, so Friday 25 September is a normal workday. An evening pickup after 7pm is realistic if you live in Plantation Village or Plantation Grove.
