AllSingaporeDeals listed the same 22 October to 8 November 2026 dates next to the weekly Super Savings poster on 22 October. Deepavali itself is Sunday 8 November 2026. Monday 9 November 2026 is the public holiday in lieu.

That is a cooking-and-pantry shop, not a mall atrium fair. Plantation Plaza has not posted a 2026 Deepavali carnival on its official Facebook.
