I am writing to express my concerns regarding the current state of 24 Fitness Gym. As a paying member, I have noticed a significant decline in maintenance, service quality, and overall gym management.
1. **Lack of Weight Management** – Weights are frequently left scattered around the gym, and despite a policy that members should return them, this is neither enforced nor addressed by staff. This creates a disorganized and unsafe workout environment.
2. **Unmaintained Water Dispenser** – The water dispenser does not properly drain dirty water, raising hygiene concerns for members who rely on it.
3. **Lack of Retention Efforts for Existing Members** – Despite renewing a one-year membership, there are no incentives or appreciation for long-term members. It is disappointing to see that even a simple welcome gift, such as a towel, is only given to new members, while existing members receive nothing.
4. **Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance** – Trash bins are often full and left unattended. Additionally, while gym equipment is still in decent condition, it is noticeably less frequently maintained than when the previous manager was in charge.
I strongly urge management to address these issues, as they directly impact the quality of the gym experience. I hope to see improvements in maintenance, policy enforcement, and overall member satisfaction. Thanks.

From day one, De Jun has been generous with his knowledge, making each session both educational and highly effective. His guidance has helped me build confidence and develop a real passion for working out. After more than three months of consistent training, I've noticed significant improvements in my stamina, strength, and I've even dropped a few kilos!
What truly sets De Jun apart is his attention to detail. He's meticulous about posture and form, ensuring I use the equipment safely and efficiently. The gym offers a wide variety of equipment, although some of the seating shows signs of wear. The facility is well-maintained and clean; however, a few fans appear to be non-functional despite being switched on. The front desk staff is courteous and professional. The gym tends to become crowded around 7 PM, which may make accessing certain machines more difficult. Overall, it is an excellent facility with strong amenities.

I've been a member of this gym since 2021, and the quality has dropped tremendously. Quality and experience do not warrant me paying almost $100/month. I do not see myself renewing.
Free weights are left lying around, and even when put back on the rack, they are not in proper order. Random padding from equipment goes missing, and the remaining 'skeleton' is left in the workout area without proper signage. Rubber knobs for cable machines have been missing since a year ago, and we are all touching the bare steel when adjusting the cables. Last year, the clock was dead and left unchanged for six months.
Staff doesn’t bother to walk the gym floor or greet their members. Lack of staff presence on the gym floor means they don't know how messy the gym is throughout the day. The towels used for wiping equipment have been the same for many months, and I'm not even sure if they're washed. There are no efforts to forge relationships with members, unlike in the past.
It has come to the point where regular gym-goers have to remind others to put their weights back.
I had surgery last year and was not allowed to pause my membership, even with a doctor's note. I had to write a complaint email to HQ to appeal my case.
Honestly, it’s sad to see what the gym has become.

The equipment here is the best that I have used throughout my entire gym journey. Jun Keat, as a trainer, has helped me a lot with my knowledge of training and even helped me improve some of my weak body parts. He has also helped me improve my strength for some exercises. Overall, he is a great coach to work with, and I am very thankful that I can work with him.

Gym prices have doubled in 2 years, yet the standard of service and equipment remains unchanged, if not poorer.
The gym rules are inflexible and do not allow for hibernation, even with official letters from doctors. I have spoken to many people who faced similar issues.
Ventilation is poor; only half of their fans work, resulting in very stale air during peak hours. The switch is on, but the fans don't work (see pics).
Power racks are placed too close together, posing a safety hazard. Gym etiquette and rules are not properly and promptly enforced to ensure a safe and conducive gym environment.
Management also pushes for sales with no apparent intention of retaining their existing customers. In the past, they offered an extra month for every successful referral. Then, they increased membership prices and downgraded the gift to a shaker bottle or towel. Now, prices have almost doubled since 2021, and they only offer a free towel to new sign-ups.

Absolutely in love with Gymmboxx, especially this outlet!
Super clean and smells nice! Equipment is well-maintained, and if there are any faulty issues, they fix them ASAP.
Staff are always collecting feedback from their members to constantly improve. Recently, they added some good machines like the Hip Thrust, Pendulum squat, etc.
Best part is the warm fuzzy feeling when you step into the gym. All the staff are super friendly, especially Kak Jul, always smiling!

This gym is conveniently located within walking distance from home. Personal trainer JK is very dedicated, knowledgeable, focused, and professional. He is also polite, patient, and has a high awareness of clients' well-being during sessions.

I signed up for 24 PT sessions with JK to focus on fat loss, and I’m really happy with the progress I’ve made. Over the weeks, I’ve not only lost fat but also gained muscle and strength. Friends and family have even noticed the positive changes, which has been very encouraging.
JK is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which makes every session very effective and enjoyable! He answers all my questions patiently, no matter how big or small, and makes sure I understand the exercises and their purpose. He also ensures I perform exercises with proper form, which has boosted my confidence and helped me avoid injuries.
