I am writing to express my concerns regarding the current state of 24 Fitness Gym. As a paying member, I have noticed a significant decline in maintenance, service quality, and overall gym management. 1. **Lack of Weight Management** – Weights are frequently left scattered around the gym, and despite having a policy that members should return them, it is neither enforced nor addressed by staff. This creates a disorganized and unsafe workout environment. 2. **Unmaintained Water Dispenser** – The water dispenser does not properly drain dirty water, raising hygiene concerns for members who rely on it. 3. **Lack of Retention Efforts for Existing Members** – Despite renewing a one-year membership, there are no incentives or appreciation for long-term members. It is disappointing to see that even a simple welcome gift, such as a towel, is only given to new members while existing members receive nothing. 4. **Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance** – Trash bins are often full and left unattended. Additionally, while gym equipment is still in decent condition, it is noticeably not maintained as frequently as when the previous manager was in charge. I strongly urge management to address these issues, as they directly impact the quality of the gym experience. I hope to see improvements in maintenance, policy enforcement, and overall member satisfaction. Thanks.
