I've been a loyal customer for a long time. But today, I ordered via Grab self-pickup. The order was made on my wife's phone. I went to the store to pick up, but the staff said I couldn't pick it up because I hadn't swiped "collected." How was I supposed to swipe when my wife wasn't with me?! The staff rudely insisted that she could not hand over the drink, which was already PAID FOR. Such lousy service, because you're worried about not receiving money. And now you've lost a loyal customer. Avoid Yi Fang at all costs!

Not recommended for walk-ins because you have to wait a very long time, even with only two people ahead of you. It seems to have a lot of staff, but the queue numbers don't seem to be moving. I waited about 20 minutes for two people in front of me, of whom one person ordered one cup and the other group ordered two cups.

I ordered a Cheese Milk Foam Peach Fruit Tea from the Canberra Plaza store. The cost was higher than at other locations. This was my first time ordering from here and trying the milk foam tea. The menu picture showed the foam was very thick, but when I received my drink, the foam was so thin. I even gave feedback to the staff, but they just didn't care... Disappointed.

Today, I had to wait for over 30 minutes for just three drinks for a Foodpanda delivery. There weren't many customers, but preparation was very, very slow. I pity the customer who had to wait for an hour for their drinks after ordering. It was a bad day for delivery and a waste of time waiting.

Love the wintermelon lemonade fruit tea. Never tried it before in other shops, but this one made me try it and keeps me ordering it like it's free! SUPER GOOD! So is their Grape Fruit Tea. MUST TRY!! 😍
