I love YiFang Taiwan Fruit Tea! Their fruit tea is always refreshing and full of natural flavors. You can really taste the fresh fruit, and the tea itself is well-balanced, not too sweet. The passion fruit green tea is my personal favorite. It has just the right amount of tartness and sweetness. Highly recommend!

So many things were out of stock (see photo). Attempted to claim a Shopee voucher for winter melon. Was told to come back after 25 March or to switch to an item of lower value. As it was too inconvenient for me to come back again, I decided to take the item of lower value. Never buying another voucher from this chain again.

The drinks weren't nice. I was expectant and looking forward to them; however, the passion fruit green tea doesn't have any tea taste. Neither does the tea latte, which was supposed to be strong and have double the flavor.

Friendly staff, especially the one taking the order. Milk tea is nice, and the pearl/bubble is chewy. If you like strong tea, you can order their Double Tea Latte.

I like their cute bubble tea egg pancake. It comes in original and taro flavours. Itโs only available at the Canberra outlet. The pancake is soft and fluffy, and the taro filling is not too sweet. I hope they come out with new flavours like cheese and chocolate ๐.
I also tried their monthly drink (June edition), the Yakult Kiwi Green Tea. It was refreshing and nice.

Shell outlets closed today without any prior warning. I bought a Shopee voucher today, and they don't allow refunds. Barbaric. They expect people who live in Sengkang to go to town to redeem. Another joke. They do nothing to chase Shopee for updates. They want to purposely wait until vouchers expire so they can cheat customers out of their money. Your company's attitude really shows.

Love their pink guava tea drink! They make the flavour using real fruit puree, and itโs very tasty. Even their plum juice is 100% made from real plums. This is the reason they cannot alter the sweetness to customer preference. I appreciate their making of fruit tea.

In short, this drink is as its name suggests. It contained a large and generous amount of red bean, strong black tea, and a hint of milk. Red bean and azuki lovers would absolutely love this. However, we felt that the components were quite separated and distinct.

Slightly crispy on the outside and delightfully fluffy and soft, the Yi Fang Pancakes come in the shape of mini bubble teas. The batter was very fragrant and had a strong egg flavor. The taro filling was generous and had a prominent taro flavor. This would be lovely as an afternoon tea snack and paired with Yi Fangโs teas.

Got their new pancakes to try! Super cute and adorable. Made to order. Sold in sets of two pieces. The taro filling was very little, and I couldn't taste much of a difference. Get the original instead. Really really sweet, though, so it's best to have with a strong tea!

Surprisingly, its floor area is quite spacious and has a row of 'unique' seating for 'drinking'. Otherwise, I think the tea is quite normal, same as many other bubble tea places. But, given only two choices in this areaโi.e., Koi at the MRT side and this one at the mall itselfโthere aren't really many other choices.
Prices are a bit on the high side and seem to have increased again, as their website is showing different (lower) prices. Perhaps they forgot to update their website, or prices have literally just increased.
