Operating Hours & Layout
Operating from 7:30 AM to 10 PM daily, Koufu features 12 food stalls (9 currently operational, 3 more coming soon) that represent a true cross-section of Singapore's food culture. From traditional chicken rice and yong tau foo to international offerings including Japanese, Korean, and Thai cuisine, there's something to satisfy every palate and dietary preference.

Featured Stalls & Budget Options
The standout attraction is Danlao, a homegrown hawker stall specializing in innovative scrambled egg rice bowls. Their Chicken Cutlet Rice Bowl at $7 exemplifies the modern hawker experience – quality ingredients, creative presentations, and affordable pricing. For budget-conscious diners, all stalls offer meals at $3 or below, with coffee and tea (without milk) available for just $1.
