Went to collect my item. Very disappointed, I was unable to collect because the staff mentioned they were very busy and unable to deep-fry pumpkin crackers. Totally wasted my money and bus trip there 👎😡 …

I asked for freshly fried fried dough sticks and was given cold fried dough sticks. They said they were the same as the ones they had inside. 🙄🙄🙄🙄…

Terrible. The fried food was clearly cooked earlier in the morning and had been sitting for hours. It was hard and stale. This was my first time trying Dough Culture, and it left a very bad impression. Management ought to investigate why this outlet is rated poorly on Google Maps.

Went in the morning to buy food for my family, but noticed the shutter was half open with a staff member inside. I went to ask whether the store was open, and she just stared at me. I asked again, and she said in Chinese that the store was open. I waited to see whether she would ask me to help open the shutter or open it herself, but she just continued doing her own things. I then noticed there weren't any youtiao yet, so I wanted to ask if she could make some for purchase. I tried to get her attention, but she seemed to glance at me and proceeded to ignore me. Terrible place. I didn't manage to get her name, but she was a Chinese staff member who seemed really unhappy and unwilling to provide basic service or replies.

Bought the samosa, carrot cake, and you tiao. It was cold and super oily! Besides that, the Indian staff member was very aloof. She tossed the food into the paper bag and showed zero basic customer service: not a smile or thank you upon payment. Horrible! Still prefer the other staff, who's transgender.

There was one Grab rider waiting for his order to be ready, and I was queuing. The Indian lady kept talking to her colleague. I was fine with that until she walked to the cashier. When I started to tell her my order ("Can I have one youtiao?"), she replied, "WAIT!" I just nodded. She walked away and tapped the delivery box. A few seconds later, she started to wave her hand at me, continuously saying, "Sister, sister, wait!" with such a sarcastic tone. I don't know what that was for! I didn't even say a word when she told me to wait in the first place. Then she continued talking to her colleague who was busy frying some dough. In my mind, 'Why you gotta be so rude, sister?' I just wanted my youtiao. I had to walk away without getting any because you just made me feel like sh*t. It wasn't even a big order, or a long queue. I would have understood. But no. She's just so freaking rude. What the hell.

Freshly fried dough fritters and carrot cake were hot and tasty.
