A new outlet in Plantation Plaza. It's not very crowded at the moment. The service is good, and the food is good too! Ordering via the kiosk was easy to navigate. Non-residents may need to walk a little further to reach the outlet. The ambiance is good, with Class95 playing on the radio.

So, a group of us travelled all the way to this outlet for an adult KFC-themed party! As the official venue, it’s big enough to host about 20 people – all of us are huge KFC fans! We had our own private space. Food was served on time. Staff are very accommodating. Thank you to KFC for making concessions for us and giving us a memorable KFC party.

Probably the slowest fast food service in the world. Waited 10 minutes only to be told that chicken was cooking. This caused a long queue, and we were then told to wait for another 20 minutes. For the price we paid and the nonchalant attitude of the staff, I think you should close down soon or change your entire crew.

I have eaten KFC in many different countries, but what I ate today had a different taste. I have never eaten such a wonderful and delicious KFC before. I really liked this KFC store. Tonight, we will visit this store again. The staff is very nice and speaks respectfully and kindly, working very hard. I am really impressed. I wish you all success. ✊✊

The staff was very nice and patient enough to recommend what was good as I was ordering. The place is not very big, just right for a cozy space to chill out and enjoy your food with friends or family.

Here's the lightly edited review: Fast service. Ordered a Grab takeaway. Scheduled 45 minutes for collection, but it was ready even before 30 minutes. Food is nicely cooked. The Grab set for 3-4 pax included: 1 regular pizza, 1 personal pan size pizza, garlic bread, 4 honey wings, 10 sweet and spicy drumlets, and 1.5 litres of Coke, all for $59.90.

Dine-in is available. Not many people. If staff are busy, use the QR code to order. If QR code ordering doesn't work a few times, refresh and reorder. There are a lot of orders, but the waiting time is around 10 minutes. Two staff members are making the orders.

Simple, warm, and hits the right cheesy notes. 🌱 Veggie Lovers Pizza (Sourdough) Toppings: A solid medley — capsicum, tomatoes, olives, onions, mushrooms, and a bit of pineapple for that sweet pop. All fresh, all in decent quantity. Sauce: Their signature tangy tomato sauce came through with just enough acidity. Cheese Pull? Yes! The melted cheese had that nice stringy texture, and it wasn’t overpowering. Crust: Same fluffy sourdough base — hearty without feeling too heavy. 🛋️ Dine-In Experience Self-service but smooth. We were able to grab our food hot and fresh. Not crowded when we went, so service was quick. Tables were clean and toddler-friendly. --- 🌟 Final Thoughts If you’re living nearby or stopping through Tengah, the Pizza Hut at Plantation Plaza is a reliable pick for comfort food. The sourdough base adds that extra oomph to an otherwise standard menu. Worth it for a relaxed pizza fix with a touch of chewy crusty satisfaction.

Ordered through the Pizza Hut app for 7 PM delivery. It's already 8:30 PM, and the food still hasn't been delivered. I tried to call the hotline, and after 40+ tries, I was able to get through. The agent told me that the store would call me to update me on the status of my order. I've been waiting for 30 minutes, and still no call from the store. I cannot even cancel my order. So disappointing. NB: The food came past 9 PM. The driver was apologetic and said that the store was swamped with orders; that's why there were a lot of late deliveries. If that's the case, the store shouldn't have accepted any more orders. Moreover, on the receipt, it was indicated that the store was to call me for an update. But I didn't receive any call.
