Swensen's at Plantation Plaza celebrates Singapore's 61st birthday with a limited-time menu of locally inspired dishes, available from 9 July to 9 September 2026. Diners can enjoy six Singapore-themed items plus a family set at the outlet located at unit -05. Prices are before service charge for dine-in and GST.
Swensen's Shiok Fish Burger
The Swensen's Shiok Fish Burger is priced at $16.61 and features a golden battered fish fillet with butter lettuce, creamy mayo and tartar sauce. It comes served with mesclun salad and fries on the side.
MILO Bandung
The MILO Bandung costs $5.00 and combines creamy MILO with rose-scented bandung, finished with a generous dusting of MILO powder. The drink features a layered pink gradient with a white foam top and cocoa powder garnish.
Singapore Laksa Pizza
The Singapore Laksa Pizza is priced at $18.61 and reimagines the local favourite with shrimps, fish cake, tau pok, egg and laksa leaves on a cheesy pizza crust. A small Singapore flag toothpick accents the dish for the National Day celebration.
Jumbo Blue Prawn Hokkien Mee
The Jumbo Blue Prawn Hokkien Mee is priced at $18.61 and features wok-fried noodles in a rich seafood broth. The dish is topped with a jumbo blue prawn, grilled chicken, squid, fish cake and more, garnished with a lime wedge and banana leaf.
Chili Crab Soup with Mantou and Muah Chee Waffle
Two additional items round out the a la carte menu. The Chili Crab Soup with Mantou costs $11.61 and contains house-crafted chili crab soup with real crab meat, served with two golden mantou. The Muah Chee Waffle with Ice Cream is priced at $10.61 and comes with a warm waffle topped with your choice of ice cream, peanut powder and Swensen's signature wafer fan.

The SG61 Family Set costs $61 and is worth up to $80.02. It includes one Swensen's Shiok Fish Burger, a choice of two mains from Fish Baked Rice, Chicken Baked Rice, Black Pepper Seafood Pasta or Spaghettoni Carbonara, three MILO Bandung drinks, and one Muah Chee Waffle with Ice Cream. The set is available at Swensen's -05, Plantation Plaza from 9 July to 9 September 2026.
