The worst teh peng I have ever drunk. It was literally diluted. There was no tea smell. The staff were chatting with someone who wasn't a customer about jewelry and let those in the queue wait.
The table was also dirty. Three people were working, or should I say, just chatting away.

I approached a staff member to politely ask them to clean a dirty table. She pointed somewhere above her head and said it wasn't her job. The other three staff members turned to look at me, then turned back and continued their tasks. I then asked the cashier if I needed to ask every staff member who could clear the table, but she ignored my question as well.
I suggest placing a feedback QR code so customers can more easily share their experiences.

There is a younger lady from Malaysia who works as a cashier and has a serious attitude problem. She gives a very disapproving look just for doing her simple job. When I complained about the taste and quality of the coffee, which was indeed lacking, she looked as if she wanted to fight and didn’t acknowledge that a customer was even talking to her. This aligns with other reviews about her.

The customer service was poor. The eggs and coffee were cold. The staff didn't seem interested in working, appearing more interested in their phones. They had a bad attitude towards customers and displayed unprofessional facial expressions. This is just one of many outlets in Singapore, but it is one of the worst.

Absolutely disappointing. Despite the rising price, we still enjoy our toast and coffee from time to time. We went today and it was already closed at 9:18 pm, even though Google Maps lists the closing time as 9:30 pm. The shutters were already down.
