From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Winston took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered expert advice to ensure my haircut and style would suit me perfectly.
The results were even better than I imagined! The attention to detail, precision, and creativity were outstanding. Not only did my hair look incredible, but it also felt healthy and well taken care of.
The salon itself was clean, stylish, and had a great atmosphere. The entire experience was relaxing and professional. Winston is truly talented, and I'll definitely return for all my future hair needs.

First time here for just a haircut (wash and blow dry included) to try their service. It was a very comfortable experience. My hair was not in the best condition, but Johnny did not comment much, which I appreciate. No upselling, minimal small talk; he just focused on the haircut. He was mindful of not cutting my hair too short. Would definitely revisit for a treatment soon! Thank you!

I went to the Canberra Plaza branch last Friday, 9th May, in the early afternoon and was served by Jason (based in Sengkang branch). I sought some consultations from him regarding my hair; I wanted to straighten it but not too straight. After some deliberation, I decided to go for a keratin treatment, and I must say I was very impressed with the outcome. My hair was soft and not too wavy, which is exactly what I'd been wanting. I had a few questions regarding maintaining it and keeping it long-lasting, and he was able to answer my queries with confidence. Kudos to him on the great service! I will definitely come back again and am willing to travel all the way to Sengkang for his service. Thanks, Jason.
