Went to get contact lenses today! Derek's customer service was excellent. He explained things in detail and wasn't irritated with the amount of questions I asked. Thank you!

The staff was busy entertaining a customer. They couldn't be bothered with other customers walking in or to ask them to wait. This left a customer feeling awkward, sitting there for a good 5 minutes by himself.
