The staff removed the order number from the ordering screen when the order was clearly not prepared or ready. My order appeared on the screen and was shortly thereafter (within about a minute) removed from the screen. I received my order quite some time after that. This can cause many problems to customers, as they may underestimate the length of the queue, especially for those who are rushing for time.

The hash brown was overcooked and came out rock-hard. I hope the food quality and cooking times can be better controlled. I hope my next visit has some improvement.

This was my first time having breakfast at this Macs outlet. The hash brown I received was overly fried; it was hard and overly crispy from the skin to the potato inside. Quality control is lacking. The rest of the food was okay.

I went this afternoon, and the staff were very friendly. They greeted us when we entered, and food prep was very fast. They even assisted me in returning my tray. I paid for a $10 meal in almost all coins, and the staff were very patient with me. It's not just one staff member who is nice; it's literally all the staff I met today.

Nice $1 Latte (weekday $1 promo, ends 28th May). A great place to chill, too, with plenty of seats and free WiFi.
