I went to the newly opened Life Medical Healthcare for some treatment and was greeted warmly by the staff there. I went through a series of checks, and one of the staff, Joseph, explained my test results to me in detail. He ensured that I understood how to read the results. Another staff member, probably the manager there, also came and spoke to me a bit. She was very friendly, and I enjoyed talking with her. I was then referred to the physician for acupuncture treatment. The physician also explained the treatment to me and assured me that I was in good hands. Overall, I am quite impressed by the high level of service and professionalism of this TCM. I will definitely return.

Very cozy and comfortable clinic. The physician and staff are very friendly, and they have a very unique test to measure my imbalances and provide treatments for my backaches. I feel much better after the first treatment, and I'm going for my next appointment in a week. Highly recommended!

I was treated by 萧医师 and therapist Joseph. Both are very professional and caring. They explained my body condition in detail after using a modern measuring method to examine my body's yin and yang balance. The treatment rooms are also clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Life Medical Healthcare Pte Ltd is the best in the new Tengah housing area. I come here because Dr Xiao, who has been my TCM doctor for the past 3 years, has joined this wonderful place. The lady boss here is also part of the crew at the center. Her smile and great service attitude are rarely seen in other TCM centers. The therapist, though young, has good skills like some of the more senior therapists I have encountered. Life Medical Healthcare has lived up to its name in providing quality TCM healthcare.
