The items in the menu app are poorly categorized and don't match the physical menu, which made it frustrating and time-consuming to find the food and drinks.
Service was okay, and food was served promptly with generous portions. However, cutlery was self-service and not replenished, so we had to ask for it.
The onsen eggs in both the unagi don and beef hamburg don were too runny, and one even had a big piece of eggshell in it (circled in red in the photos).
Overall, the food quality does not justify the price.

Most reviews challenge the outlet's ability to serve customers given its online order availability, small size, and limited crew. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, prompt service, and our food came quite quickly, though, as others have noted, the spoons were not replenished. The atmosphere is pretty good, too.
The gyozas were similar to Chinese-style dumplings, and the unagi was stingy. But most importantly, please, PLEASE stay away from the restaurant's ramen until it's fixed. Their ramen broth is inedibly, indescribably bad. It is "to die for." Literally, you will drop dead after eating it. Adding the provided soy sauce did little to combat the overwhelmingly fatty, gummy taste of the broth. I've never had worse. Eat at your own risk. If there's anyone in the world who finds that broth palatable, please share some of your strength, resilience, and will with me.
Please reply, Dearest Kei Kaisendon, once the ramen is fixed. I promise to try again.

The wait was extremely long. The food was only so-so. I saw many angry faces waiting for their food. All the food wasn't delivered on one tray, confusing hungry customers about whose side dishes belonged to who. We don't think we will come again.

We came on Good Friday. The place was bright and clean, and the service was good. The staff served with a very positive attitude and always carried smiles on their faces. The food was good and fresh. We were super full after the meal.

Luxury sets are really worth it, and their top 1 chirashi kaisendon is a must-try for those who love sushi. This dish features a bowl with a variety of sashimi. The sets also include a drink, salad, soup, dessert, and your choice of side (salmon or prawn, etc.). 100% worth it.
