Rude guy. Sunbo should close down everywhere if this is how their staff is trained at every outlet. The guy who butchers the chicken is immoral. I asked for extra chicken and was charged $7.10. Okay. Where is the extra chicken? How can this be the portion with the extra chicken I paid for? I double-checked and asked again, but he just said yes. Where is the HQ or customer service feedback to call about this? Horrible. No wonder the rating is 2.0.

The Chinese guy who takes my order is very rude. I asked for chicken porridge to eat in, but he packed it to go. Even though it was his mistake, he didn't apologize. He shouldn't be working there with his awful attitude.

The staff was very rude and didn't respond when I ordered food. They also made sarcastic remarks when I asked them to separate my soup from the macaroni.
