He had a not very welcoming look when he saw kids meddling with his toys for sale. Hello? Come on, if you want to sell, let the kids touch and play with it. Aren’t display toys without boxes meant to be touched and played with before we purchase them? If you don’t let them touch, then I suggest you cling-wrap all of them individually and keep them. Or place a “DO NOT TOUCH” sign. I hope you don’t have a great week, BRO.

Wanted to buy 2 of their LOZ brick sets, which were shown to be $6.90 each. When making payment, they charged $9.90 for each. When the sign was shown to the staff, she just shrugged it off as an admin mistake without offering an apology.
While the sum involved was not huge, and I did not purchase the items in the end, I am a bit disappointed by the lack of service standards.
