The cashier at the Fish soup & Ban Mian stall, please send her for customer service training. She was impatient and didn't offer help when I requested more information on how to use the FairPrice App. She acted like, "Don't know how to use it? Then pay cash, faster, faster!" She gave me an unfriendly impression. Please give elderly people more time to learn how to use the app if you are heading for cashless payment in the future, and train your staff to be knowledgeable in assisting customers.
