Unreliable clinic! Firstly, in an estate with many families with young children, the pediatric clinic is only open once a week on Thursdays. Today, on a Thursday, when I went to the clinic with my sick baby, the pediatrician was not in. The receptionist at the Minmed General Clinic said she was also unsure why the pediatrician was not in, or why their receptionist hadn't turned up. Extremely appalling!

This outlet needs to improve staff knowledge and training. Staff consistently do not know how to use their POS for redemption. Every single visit has had issues.

I go to 7-Eleven frequently, and it's not that bad. I'm not the type who likes to complain; I usually just say it's okay, maybe the staff is tired. If items are unavailable, they're supposed to message, but I receive no message. I'm sorry, but I just want to say: why is it that every time I order from 7-Eleven via Foodpanda, I always have missing drinks or food?

I work night shift most of the time and occasionally drop by the 7-Eleven in Tengah early in the morning, around 3 or 4 AM. About a month ago, I noticed the AC was off and it was really hot and stuffy, so I asked the cashier working that shift. The poor lady was fanning herself with just her hands. A few nights later, it was still the same. Last night I went again and told the lady to quit. Is this how you treat your staff? If you want to save money, don't open a 24-hour franchise. Customers may spend less than five minutes in the store and might ignore the situation, but think about the well-being of your staff who have to work long hours in a closed environment without a fan or AC. I'm really disappointed with the management of your store. This isn't the first store in Tengah that I've heard manages its staff poorly. Tengah is not a ghost town! Hire more people because there's traffic there.

The environment is clean, well-maintained, and safe. The staff are very friendly and caring: they interact with the kids, play with them, and always pay close attention to their safety. It’s a fun and worry-free space for both children and parents. Highly recommended!

My kids had a blast with the bouncy castle! It was safe, clean, and kept them entertained for hours. It's a great way to burn off energy while having loads of fun. It's highly recommended for active little ones!

I recently visited Bouncetopia by Kiztopia, and I must say the experience was fantastic! The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The kids had an absolute blast! The variety of activities kept them engaged and entertained for hours. It's a perfect place for families looking to have fun together. Highly recommend it!

We visited the newly opened Bountopia by Kiztopia at Tengah Plantation Plaza (Level 4), and it was such a great experience! The location is very convenient, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The entire space is clean, spacious, and packed with bouncy fun! There are a few different themed play zones that kept my boy excited and engaged — he played for 2 hours and still didn’t want to leave! It’s such a fun and safe place for kids to explore and burn off their energy. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!
