I recently had an IPL session, and the experience was amazing! The staff was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, and the procedure was quick with minimal discomfort. A thoughtful bonus was receiving a pack of tissues as a gift, which was such a nice gesture! The clinic maintained great hygiene, and the aftercare instructions were well explained. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering IPL treatments. Looking forward to my next session!

This was my first time visiting this outlet, and I love how spacious and clean the room is, making me feel at ease and comfortable. I was attended by Therapist Mages, who made my experience a pleasant one by taking care of my needs and making my session less anxiety-inducing. There's no hard selling involved every time I go for my session. Because of this, it's always my go-to for hair removal, and I highly recommend it.

I want to give a shoutout to Mages, who is so lovely and performs her services delicately. She warmly welcomes me every session and is very experienced in tailoring to my needs and wants. I really enjoyed the process and will come back to this outlet just for her!

This was my first time doing IPL, and it was a very pain-free experience! The staff was very kind, helped to explain the entire process so that I understood everything, and was very patient even though I was quite nervous!

The process was fast, and the front desk was super patient and knowledgeable about the procedure! She was friendly and didn't try to upsell me! I will go again!

Edited review: "I've ordered twice, and the food is nice. The chicken is so tender, and the Wagyu beef is also very tasty! The lady who served me was very polite. However, the waiting time is a little bit too long because they grill everything freshly when you order."

This is not a solicited review. Staff is very friendly when I visited for the first time today. Food is surprisingly good! Will try again. I tried all types of chicken skewers. But the display food looks very unappetising. I feel it could be improved. Just honest feedback. Edit: Revisited it today, same friendly staff, and same great taste! It’s starting to become my favourite place to eat. Edit 2: I have eaten here over 10 times and the quality never drops. Highly recommend!

Food tastes good, and the staff is friendly. The downside is the 10-15 minute wait, as skewers need to be grilled after the order is placed. There's a two-seater for those who want to dine in.

So delicious. Friendly service. You order, and it's freshly grilled on the spot. Expect some waiting time. I love that they gave kimchi instead of Japanese pickles. There’s a small seating area at the side.
