Bim Modelers / Drafter (ACMV industry)

Salary: $4700 to $5200
Office: Commonwealth
Working location will be at one of our project sites in Tengah
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm + OT

Requirements
Possess the BCA academy specialist diploma in BIM modelling will be advantage
Relevant experience in ACMV industry

Job scope
Assists in Tender drawings preparation (Layouts, schematic & single line)
Supporting the Project team with Technical delivery using the required software
Create 2D and 3D drawings base on contract drawings, specifications and technical submittals
Coordinate All MEP services in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Navisworks Platform
Prepare Shop / Installation drawings based on coordinated Model
Create Revit Model and Revit Families
Attend the Drawings Coordination Meeting (CAD and BIM)
All the drawings Prepared in time and as per the specifications and quality requirements
Shop drawings submission and get approval from client
Working drawings prepare for site installation
Prepare as built drawings as per site installation and get approval from client
Prepare Operation Manual Maintenance Drawings Record
Maintenance all the project drawings and keep record
