Having hot/warm waffles is the best soothing food during cold weather. They also have a wide range of buns, both sweet and savoury. Staff are friendly too.

A customer buys your item, but there's no word of 'Thank You'. There's no queue, and it's not busy. Please train your staff. Not forgetting, the waffle was so thick, while the filling was so little.

The bread and cakes are always fresh and delicious. Staff are friendly, and on one occasion when I bought a lot of pastries from the bakery, a Malay staff member (a supervisor, I think) checked my receipt and gave me a free pastry. Thank you for the good customer service! 👍

Breads are not bad, but surprisingly not cheap, even compared with Four Leaves.

A Malay lady and a Chinese lady took my order around 6:45 PM. I ordered a chocolate waffle, but they gave it to another customer who ordered at 7:20 PM. I waited for 45 minutes, while they received theirs in just 5 minutes. Bad experience. I stood in front of the counter and spoke to them, but they ignored me. The Malay lady, especially, had a bad attitude. The chocolate filling was so bad that it didn't taste like chocolate.
