I’ve been to this branch a few times with my toddler and myself. It was a pleasant experience for both of us. Doctors did a thorough check on all occasions. The admin staff member, Mohan, was very friendly and completed the transaction quickly!

TLDR: No doctor available despite a confirmed appointment.
Leaving a review to give others a heads-up when booking a 6ME appointment for their helper at this clinic.
I had read the reviews but decided to give it a try since the location is convenient for us.
I made a booking on 9 May for an appointment this morning and received a confirmation. However, when my helper arrived at the clinic, she was told there was no doctor available — just as several other reviews had warned.
It turns out the clinic only sent a cancellation notice at 7:52 AM today, which was far too last-minute.
Thankfully, we still have time before the 6ME due date, but I’d advise others to be cautious when booking here.

Doctor Veronica was unprofessional. I told her that I had experienced very bad side effects from an antibiotic given to me previously during a Minmed online consultation, and asked her not to give me that, but she still gave me that particular antibiotic. I have two young kids to care for, and I am sick. Taking the antibiotic, given the severe side effects I once experienced, would make my situation worse.
Worst of all, when I asked for a refund because I did not want to risk taking it again, the front counter staff, Fik, brushed me off. She said she would request a refund but did not provide any form of acknowledgment. When asked, she just said she would let customer service know. It was only after I WhatsApped Minmed that she used the Minmed Tengah WhatsApp number to communicate with me. Isn't this a double standard?

It is puzzling how Minmed functions as a company. It says open on Google, and the clinic indeed is open. But what is the use of it when, most of the time, there is no doctor present at the clinic? It just gives a very bad impression of its name and how unprofessional it is. Imagine a sick person going all the way to the clinic and being informed that, while it is open, there is no doctor. Minmed should just give up its space for other more responsible clinics to operate. I can see that this issue has been lingering, and no solution has been made. Even the number they shared with us to check if there is a doctor that day is not responsive. The most ironic thing is that they suggest we use telemedicine, even though I was advised that I should see a doctor physically if I don't recover. What is the point of occupying a clinic that does nothing?

There were no doctors available on a Sunday. I was told to go home and get a teleconsult as an alternative. However, Minmed teleconsultations don't even provide the bare minimum diagnosis. The doctor seemed uninterested when I was explaining my symptoms and ended up prescribing only medication for my runny nose, despite me mentioning that I had a cough.
Overall, there is no alternative for medical attention when a doctor is not available at the Minmed clinic, and the quality of their teleconsults has been declining.
What's the point of having a clinic open when there are no doctors at all?!

Being the only clinic in Tengah, it's amusing how you often don't have a doctor in the clinic. Google showed that you were open this morning. When my family went to the clinic, the receptionist very casually told us there was no doctor and that we would have to download an app to do a teleconsult. This is extremely frustrating and adds a lot of stress when someone is already unwell. If you are not happy to serve the community, perhaps another clinic can open to serve the people better.

There was no physical doctor available for consultation. The staff instructed me to download their app for a teleconsultation. This was followed by ten more steps to register my company insurance, etc. I was already feeling unwell, and you expected me to do paperwork? Just don't have a physical clinic at all, please. What a shitty medical provider.
Oh, and if you're going to reply asking for feedback to be sent via email, no. The feedback is already here, along with all the other reviews. Do better.

It’s frustrating that Minmed Tengah, the only clinic in the estate, often doesn’t have a doctor or pediatrician on standby. When you need urgent care—especially for children—not having a doctor available adds stress and uncertainty. I hope another clinic opens soon to meet the community’s needs.
Update: My son had been unwell for an extended period, so I called ahead to check if the doctor was available, based on our past experience and the absence of other clinics within walking distance. I was told the doctor was available, but upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that the GP does not see patients under two years old. This inconsistency adds unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.

Went all the way down to the clinic on Sunday as my husband and toddler desperately *needed* medicine, and was told there *would be* no doctor until Tuesday?! Then why was the clinic open if there *was* no doctor available??? Please just close the clinic and let *another* proper clinic take over the location, as this is the worst clinic we’ve been to. The waiting time is ridiculously long, as there is only ONE doctor available to treat adult and *child* patients. Utterly disappointing.

Horrible receptionist. A Malay lady was on duty at the time of this writing. When I walked in and said hi, she completely ignored me and continued to do her work as if I'm transparent. As I was feeling lightheaded from a fever, I went to take a seat first, and she still continued to do other things like preparing medications and other tasks without letting me know to wait for a bit or something. I decided to walk out after this horrible experience.
The doctor, however, was nice to talk to. I went the day before to consult her for a fever, but unfortunately, the fever did not go down. Please do something about your receptionist. Thank you.
