The staff removed the order number from the ordering screen when the order was clearly not prepared or ready. My order appeared on the screen and was shortly thereafter (within about a minute) removed from the screen. I received my order quite some time after that.
This can cause many problems to customers, as they may underestimate the length of the queue, especially for those who are rushing for time.

I went this afternoon, and the staff were very friendly. They greeted us when we entered, and food prep was very fast. They even assisted me in returning my tray.
I paid for a $10 meal in almost all coins, and the staff were very patient with me.
It's not just one staff member who is nice; it's literally all the staff I met today.

The hash brown was overcooked and came out rock-hard. I hope the food quality and cooking times can be better controlled. I hope my next visit has some improvement.

This was my first time having breakfast at this Macs outlet. The hash brown I received was overly fried; it was hard and overly crispy from the skin to the potato inside. Quality control is lacking. The rest of the food was okay.

I ordered food delivery from this location, and it was honestly the worst McDonald's delivery experience. The food came completely cold, and the ice cream was already melted. We had to call the outlet multiple times before someone finally picked up. They stated that because food delivery was handled by a third party, they could not control the food's standard. This is clearly a company problem, not a consumer problem. I strongly advise people to think twice before ordering or dining at this outlet.

We dined in at this outlet this time, and they simply don't know how to do their work properly. They handled situations poorly. Food was sent to the wrong table multiple times, even for the same customer. The last time I ordered using the McDonald's app (delivery), my order was placed at 6:15 PM. The ETA was 7:15 PM, but my food never came until 10 PM. I had been calling their hotline since 8 PM, but no one got back to me. When they finally answered the call, I demanded a refund.
