This outlet needs to improve staff knowledge and training. Staff consistently do not know how to use their POS for redemption. Every single visit has had issues.

I go to 7-Eleven frequently, and it's not that bad. I'm not the type who likes to complain; I usually just say it's okay, maybe the staff is tired. If items are unavailable, they're supposed to message, but I receive no message. I'm sorry, but I just want to say: why is it that every time I order from 7-Eleven via Foodpanda, I always have missing drinks or food?

I work night shift most of the time and occasionally drop by the 7-Eleven in Tengah early in the morning, around 3 or 4 AM. About a month ago, I noticed the AC was off and it was really hot and stuffy, so I asked the cashier working that shift. The poor lady was fanning herself with just her hands. A few nights later, it was still the same. Last night I went again and told the lady to quit. Is this how you treat your staff? If you want to save money, don't open a 24-hour franchise. Customers may spend less than five minutes in the store and might ignore the situation, but think about the well-being of your staff who have to work long hours in a closed environment without a fan or AC. I'm really disappointed with the management of your store. This isn't the first store in Tengah that I've heard manages its staff poorly. Tengah is not a ghost town! Hire more people because there's traffic there.
