BIM Modelers / Drafter (ACMV Industry)

Salary: $4500 to $4700
Working Location: Tengah
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm + OT

Requirements
- Possess the BCA academy specialist diploma in BIM modelling will be advantage
- Relevant experience in ACMV industry

- Working knowledge of AUTOCAD experience

Job Scope:

- Assists in Tender drawings preparation (Layouts, schematic & single line)
- Supporting the Project team with Technical delivery using the required software
- Create 2D and 3D drawings base on contract drawings, specifications and technical submittals

- Coordinate All MEP services in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Navisworks Platform
- Prepare Shop / Installation drawings based on coordinated Model
- Create Revit Model and Revit Families
- Attend the Drawings Coordination Meeting (CAD and BIM)
- Working drawings prepare for site installation
- -Prepare as built drawings as per site installation and get approval from client
- Prepare Operation Manual Maintenance Drawings Record
