📋The Role:

As an Infant Educator, you will:

• Attend to the basic needs of infants, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and diaper changes.
• Organize interactive learning activities such as reading, singing, and playtime to encourage developmental milestones.
• Observe and evaluate infants' development, tracking their behavior, social skills, and physical health.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment conducive to infant care.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and provide updates on infants' progress.
• Participate in event management, as well as marketing and sales activities to promote the center.
• Engage in regular training and development to stay updated on best practices in infant care.
• Support the overall upkeep of the center to ensure a high standard of care.

🔍What Are We Looking For?

• Certificate in Infants and Toddler Care and Development (CIT) + Early Years Development Framework (EYDF).
• Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).
• Passionate about caring for infants and supporting their growth and development.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with both children and parents.
• Ability to engage infants with fun and educational activities to foster early learning.
• Experience in a child care or early education environment is an advantage.
• Committed to maintaining a high standard of safety and care for infants.
