Job Description:
- Support customer service and sales teams
- Take charge of incoming communications via different channels
- Act as a brand ambassador in dealing with customers
- Manage files and records with effective filing systems
- Act as a bridge between offices in Jurong and Sungei Tengah
- Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and other relevant company documents such as delivery orders and invoices
- Assist with managing and updating of plants and products stocks and prices in our systems
- Assist in checking that all sales transactions, community garden plots, landscape project information, and transactions are properly completed.
- Manage office/pantry supplies inventory and place orders
- Perform any other general ad-hoc duties as required
