Admin Assistant / UP$2400 / West / Contract

Duration: 1 year contract

Location: Sungei Tengah (Old Choa Chu Kang Rd)

Working hours/days: Mon - Fri (8am - 530pm)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and collate training data, test & exam results
• Prepare props and digital contents for courses and assessments
• Draft and send administrative emails on course administration, procurement etc.

Requirements

• Diploma
• Prior experience in administrative work and/or design/media will be an added advantage.
