Work Location: Tengah

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am -5.30pm

Job Scope:

• To manage and maintain operational standards of the dedicated building services centre located at Tengah. Prepare Centralised Cooling Systems (CCS) welcome pack with accessories for residents.
• To be first point of contact for walk-in residents at TBSC and hand over the welcome pack residents.
• Point out selected clauses of the Supply Agreement to the resident.
• Guide customers to look out for the emergency and safety information in the support kit.
• Stock takes the number of FCU remote controllers received for per CCS resident and report accordingly.
• Record the issuance of welcome packs and update the information via share-point daily at the end of the day.
• Manage Tengah CCS residents’ enquiries and complaints accordingly, when necessary to escalate to the relevant parties or supervisors.

Requirements:

• At least a diploma with prior experience in customer service roles.
• Willing to travel to Tengah from Mondays to Fridays, and Saturdays if required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
