1 Year Contract - Resident Support Ambassador (Tengah) (Up to $3,400) #NKC

Location: Tengah

You will be the first point of contact for residents, handle walk-ins, and manage enquiries

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in residents at the centre
• Distribute welcome packs and explain key details
• Handle basic enquiries and escalate complex issues
• Track stock and daily updates via SharePoint

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
