Location: Tengah

• Manage daily operations of the building services centre
• Prepare and hand out welcome packs to residents.
• Explain key clauses of the Supply Agreement to residents.
• Show residents where to find emergency and safety info in the kit.
• Do stock checks on remote controllers and report the count.
• Record and update welcome pack distribution daily on SharePoint.
• Handle resident enquiries and complaints, and escalate when needed.
